Last year I started getting some gnarly back pain playing golf as a reasonably healthy 30 year old. Recently put in a lot of work in the off season with a TPI professional (highly recommended btw) to understand why it was happening and get on a mobility/strength training regimen.
Although I'm already almost there, a healthy and pain free swing in 2025 is all I can ask for. All my other golf goals (more rounds, lower scores, etc.) flow out of that.
